Custom Order Policies

Minimum order of 8 items, using the same recipe and design.

50% deposit required on all custom orders before they are started, balance due upon completion.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, Square and PayPal accepted. 

Minimum 10 week lead time for custom orders to allow for sourcing of all materials needed and cure time for soaps.

Shipping Cost and Times: Shipping will occur once balance for the order has cleared. Shipping Cost will be actual cost and determined when order is ready to ship.  Local pickup/delivery is available. 

Prices calculated based on materials and labor.  

Returns – if an item reaches you in damaged condition, we will refund the purchase price upon return of the damaged item.  Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns. 

Custom Soap Orders

Coast Live Oak Creations features handcrafted soaps made with vegetable oils and butters, clays, micas, essential oils and fragrances.  Requests for custom scents, additives, locally sourced beer/wine infused soaps are welcomed. 

• Soap bars have labels listing ingredients, weight and scent.  Bars are hand cut so weight may vary slightly.  Minimum weight is 4 ounces, most weigh 4.5 to 5 ounces.
• Products are made by hand mixing natural ingredients.   Please allow for color differences in finished products.
• Seasonal scents will be made available on a limited basis.
• Prices do not include shipping which is the responsibility of the purchaser. 
• Products may be picked up to avoid shipping/delivery charges.
• Any questions, ask!  We will work with you to meet your needs.
• Private label available for 2% surcharge, plus $50 label design.
